When we say Paarl Mountain is a stone throw away we literally mean it. No matter where you are in Paarl you can look up and view the magnificent Paarl Mountain that offers so much to experience and explore.

Paarl Mountain has many hiking trails, biking trails and so much more. Including picnic spots, waterfalls, dams and of course the gigantic Paarl Rock which is always worth climbing as the view will amaze you.

If there is one thing that we can highly suggest you do while exploring Paarl Mountain, it is. Before you decide to climb up Paarl Rock you will notice a staircase that goes down between two huge rocks and through a magical and peaceful forest. This walk makes you feel like you are so deep in nature and it really is beautiful.
