Clay Café is a family run business founded in 1999. They are a ceramic painting venue and restaurant. From humble beginnings at an old dairy farm to having expanded into 8 franchised stores around the country and of course in City of Paarl.
So, what can you do at Clay Cafe?
Choose from an array of unfired pottery pieces, colourful paints and tools to create items that are both personal and unique. Clay Cafe offers the perfect experience for kids parties and events that will leave your guests leaving with a unique piece that will always remind them of their experience at Clay Cafe. Prices and availability are subject to change.
Studio fee of R45pp, *plus the price of your chosen item/s.
Studio fee: This includes the cost of your 3 paints, tools you use,
firing and glazing process.
Medium item – R160 (item of R115 + R45 studio fee)
Large item – R180 (item of R135 + R45 studio fee)
Items take up to 5 weeks to be fired and glazed, you will receive an email notification once the items are ready. We keep items for 2 months only, after which, they are donated to charities in need.
