We recently discovered an amazing team of people that are offering a truly unique experience in City of Paarl. We had a chat with the team at Wines of Paarl to hear more about this awesome brand and what they are getting up to in our beautiful city.
Wines of Paarl offers incredible and unique wine tours and we sat down with them and asked a few questions. Here's what they had to say.
1. How many people can go on each tour?
We have various routes/packages with two different game viewers used on the routes respectively (a game viewer bus and a fargo truck). The bus can take up to 10 people, whilst the truck can take up to 8 people at a time.
2. What is the price of a tour?
The prices vary between R450 - R650 everything included (transport, wine tastings at three estates). The Cap Classique route (Vendôme, Avondale, Simonsvlei) is our more expensive option at R650 and is the route which the Fargo game viewer is used for. The other routes are all R450 and is the route which the game viewer bus is used for.
3. Do you guys offer group bookings or birthday tours?
We do indeed. You can book a group of 8 or 10 people at once online. For birthdays you can email us regarding our packages and the "rent" of the vehicle at info@winesofpaarl.com
4. What is the best wine farm in Paarl?
Haha, this is a tough one! It depends what factors we take into consideration. Rhebokskloof for instance has many activities for the whole family. Landskroon has very nice wines and a lovely view. Then we have Avondale which is just next level upper class and prestige. If I had to choose it would be Rhebokskloof based on the fact that they have so many things going on and they operate on another level. But I would encourage our customers to try different routes and see for themselves!
5. Do you have any upcoming events?
Not as of yet, but we have some ideas that we want to implement in the near future.
6. Do you have any special offers running?
